Acceptable Behaviour Policy
AFC Rushden & Diamonds are proud to be a fan-owned community football club. We are committed to ensuring Hayden Road remains a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all supporters, players, officials, and staff.
By entering the ground, all visitors accept the Club’s ground regulations. These regulations are enforced to protect the wellbeing of everyone present.
Unacceptable Behaviour
The following behaviours will not be tolerated, whether in person or via digital platforms:
- Use of foul or abusive language
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or sectarian abuse
- Harassment, intimidation, or bullying of any kind
- Behaviour that endangers children, vulnerable adults, or staff
- Use of pyrotechnics, pitch invasions, or aggressive conduct
Sanctions
Supporters engaging in unacceptable behaviour may face:
- Immediate ejection from Hayden Road
- Temporary or permanent bans from attending matches
- Referral to relevant authorities or governing bodies
Sanctions will be applied proportionately, ranging from formal warnings to permanent exclusion.
