AFC Rushden & Diamonds are pleased to welcome defender Sidik Atcha back to the Club, as the towering defender becomes our eighth new signing of the summer, joining from league rivals Barwell.
An experienced and commanding defender, Atcha arrives with a wealth of experience across the non-league pyramid and adds further quality and competition to Elliot Sandy’s squad ahead of the new campaign.
Manager Elliot Sandy said: “I’ve known Sidik for a long time and have always admired his qualities. He’s an experienced defender who knows this level inside out, and he’ll bring real strength, presence and competition to the squad. We’re really pleased to bring him to the football club.”
Besides the Diamonds, Sidik has featured for a number of clubs, most notably with Harborough Town, Belper Town and Barwell.
