AFC Rushden & Diamonds can confirm that the Club’s Head of Academy, Ryan Seaman, has stepped down from the role with immediate effect.
Ryan has held the role for a number of years and has played a key role in both growing the Academy and helping numerous players make first team appearances. Notably, Ryan also assisted both Michael Harriman and Elliot Sandy as First Team Coach and provided continuity throughout those periods.
