Diamonds on Tour | Burton Albion Coach Travel
On Saturday 7th November, we travel to the Pirelli Stadium to face Burton Albion, and we’re working hard behind the scenes to put together a comprehensive coach travel operation to help as many Diamonds supporters as possible make the journey.
Our ambition is simple: everyone who wants to be there should have the opportunity to be there.
We’re currently speaking with a number of coach operators to establish the best possible arrangements, with the intention of running the entire operation on a cost-neutral basis. This isn’t about making money for the Club; it’s about getting Diamonds supporters to Burton in numbers and ensuring we can all be part of what promises to be another special day in our journey.
Although we’re still finalising quotations, we anticipate coach travel costing no more than £20 per person, subject to confirmation. This will be a flat price per seat, with no separate child discounts.
We need your help!
Before we can finalise the number of coaches, collection points and other arrangements, we need to get a clearer picture of how many supporters are interested in travelling with us.
We’ve therefore created a short expression of interest form, and we’d really appreciate it if you could take a few moments to complete it as soon as possible. Your responses will help us plan effectively and make sure we have the right arrangements in place for as many supporters as possible.
A few important things to know:
• You can register up to six people on one form, including children, but every passenger must be named.
• Only one submission is permitted per email address. For larger groups, please ask another person to complete a separate form.
• We’re exploring collection points across Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Irthlingborough, Finedon, Thrapston and Wellingborough.
• We’re also exploring the possibility of dedicated Family / Quieter Coaches. We recognise that supporters enjoy travelling to football in different ways, and we want to accommodate those preferences wherever possible.
• Supporters with accessibility requirements can let us know through the form so that we can take these into consideration when arranging transport.

Completing the form does not reserve or guarantee a seat on a coach. It is purely to help us establish demand and put the right arrangements in place.
Once the final provision and prices are confirmed, coach tickets will go on sale through our Club Shop or online. Every passenger will require their own ticket, with boarding managed through individual QR codes.
