AFC Rushden & Diamonds Pre-Season Preview.
In preparation for the 2014-15 Season, AFC Rushden & Diamonds have arranged seven pre-season games. The remaining games are detailed below. During the close season period five new players have joined the club, and the current first team squad is outlined here. AFC R&D vs Rugby Town – Sat 2nd August (3pm)
The final pre-season game for the Diamonds first team before the season starts on August 9th will see Southern League Central side Rugby Town travel to the Dog & Duck.
One other notable pre-season game for the club is on Tuesday 5th August (7:45pm) when AFC R&D U21 side travel to Manor Fields, Bletchley MK2 2HX to face Buckingham Town in the James Victory Cup (a trophy the side picked up at the start of last season).
