The Club would like to provide the following update with regards to the collection of Season Tickets and also the renewal of Part Ownership for the coming year.
Season Tickets
We are hoping that new Season Tickets will be available for collection from the turnstiles this Saturday for our season opener versus Lye Town. In the event that they aren’t available in time, existing Season Ticket cards from last Season will still be able to be used and will carry confirmation of renewals for this Season. There will also be a hard copy of all renewed Season Tickets for this season on the gate.
Part Ownership Renewals
Current Part Ownerships remain valid until immediately after the AGM which is due to take place on 12th September, with further details to follow, and all Part Owners are encouraged to attend. These can be renewed from Saturday 10th August via the official website or in person in the Club Shop at any home game.
Ticket Options
Following the rebrand of Part Ownership last year, we have listened to feedback and learned lessons from the process in order to deliver a better service moving forward. Whilst we will continue to work alongside an outside provider for the production of the cards, your new card will now remain in place and revert back to serving as your Part Ownership card and Season Ticket with the coding now detailing both your Season Ticket and / or Part Ownership level.
Alternatively, following AFC Rushden & Diamonds partnering with TicketCo, we are pleased to now offer a fully digital service with your Season Ticket and Part Ownerships being stored in your Apple or Google Wallet. These can be purchased via the website now and if any supporters who have already renewed would like to transfer their Season Ticket to a digital version, please email rob.usher@afc-diamonds.com to receive your digital copy.
