Who we are
- AFC Rushden & Diamonds are a Community Football Club based in East Northamptonshire. The club was formed in 2011 following the demise of Rushden & Diamonds FC. The club is not-for-profit organisation, a registered Community Benefit Society and operates a one member, one vote policy.
 
What we do
- AFC Rushden & Diamonds provides football for all ages from 4 years old and is an inclusive football club, promoting participation in the sport for all regardless of age, gender, ethnic origin or sexuality.
 
Our Mission
- To provide men’s senior football at the highest possible sustainable level
 - To aid and promote the development of talented football players from the local area
 - To provide footballing opportunities for all ages regardless of gender or ability
 - To provide a sensible playing pathway for young children through to adults
 - To give all members the opportunity to have a say in the running of their club
 - To encourage a forward-thinking, modern approach to football for all teams
 - To strive for the highest standards of professionalism on and off the field
 - To encourage coaches to educate themselves and so provide a better footballing experience for their players
 - To explore footballing opportunities not currently offered in the local area
 - To be a by-word for quality, professionalism, diversity and fun
 - To be an integral part of the local community
